I Just Placed My Order. Can I Add Another Item To It?
You finished your order and you see another perfect item of lingerie.
Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order. Place a new order for that can’t miss item and, if it is within 24 hours of your previous order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to ship it out with your first order or waive the shipping fee on this additional order. Just email us at email@example.com and include both order numbers in your message.
Can I order from outside of the USA?
Yes you may. We are currently shipping to select countries via USPS International shipping so that we may serve our oversees customers. If your country is not listed on our checkout page let us know and we will be happy to assist you.
I Changed My Mind. Now what?
Once we process your order in our warehouse (usually within 4 hours) we are unable to make any further changes to your initial order via the website. Contact us by email if you need to make a change, amend or cancel your order. We will do our best to meet your expectations.
I’m In Love With Something That’s Out Of Stock In My Size! What Can I Do?
There is definite heartbreak when you find out the perfect dream piece you have your heart set on, is sold out. To sign up to be notified when/if an item is restocked click on the out of stock item, select your size and color, enter your email in the field, and submit! We will be notified of your interest and do everything we can to get the item ordered for you.
I’m Unsure About A Size Or I Have A Fit Question. How Do I Find This Information?

Was I Charged Twice?
Your card is charged when your order is submitted. Please click the “Submit Order” button only once so your card doesn’t accidentally get charged twice! If you just placed your order, you will see an authorization on your credit card account. This authorization should clear within 72 hours (bank dependant). Contact the issuing bank of your debit/credit card should your circumstances dictate.
I Get An Error Message When I Enter My Shipping And Billing Addresses. What’s Going On?
If you are receiving this one, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address has to match exactly what your bank has on file. Double check all of your information closely and look for any typos. Sometimes re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information does the trick! If all fails let us know, we may be able to assist you.
My Order Won’t Go Through. What Should I Do?
If you’re still receiving an error message after checking over your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser. Whatever you do, only click the “Submit Order” button once.

How Long Does It Take To Process My Return?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
When Will My Order Ship? And where is my order confirmation?
The Lamourella fulfillment team works fast to get most orders out either the same or next business day.
When you submit your order, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If, for some reason, you didn’t get an email, please check your spam folder and add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender list.

Can I Return Or Exchange Items That Were Purchased On Special?
